Within Colorado, I work with homeowners located throughout the entire state. Certainly, the Denver and Colorado Springs areas represent my largest market.
Your own particular location is not really all that important. In today's world of faxes and computers, loans are done long distance everyday. In fact, even if you go down to your local bank branch, it is likely that your loan's paperwork will be sent out to their national headquarters, which is located who knows where. Then it is funded through a lender in lord knows what state etc...
IMPORTANT! If your property is not located within the state of Colorado, I am afraid I can't service a loan for you at this time. Although, please check back in the near future. Licensing in other states is always being considered.
