My name is Dennis Owens, I am an Independent Mortgage Broker based just outside Denver, Colorado. Although, this is my personal business web site, I work with SIGMA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, located in Lone Tree, Colorado.

You know, there are literally several hundred to thousands of different loans, and over 150 major lenders here in the United States. Only an independent mortgage broker such as myself has the ability to choose the best from all the various lenders and offer them to one's clients. Unlike your local bank or credit union loan representative, who is often limited by their own in-house loan offerings and rate restrictions, I can go anywhere in the country to obtain the best loan on your behalf. local bank or credit union on 1st mortgages!
PERSONALIZED SERVICES
This is an important issue to both my clients and I. Because, I know my clients have put a tremendous amount of trust into my representing their financial best interest. And so, I try to repay their trust with loyalty and effort. Meaning, I always seek the best loan program and rate for all of my clients! Easy accessibility to your loan representative can prove to be a very important issue at times when dealing with loans. Especially, in such situations when a loan is having troubled getting placed, approved, or delayed for some other reason. It is for this reason that I offer extended hours beyond the typical representatives office hours of 8-5 M-F. In contrast, I am available to my clients, appraisers, etc., on both weeknights as well as on weekends, on an as-needed-basis 7 days a week! I find these extended hours are sometimes vital to my clients where we need to stay in touch on various issues.
